The Calgary Stampede has been a beloved tradition for locals and visitors since 1912. Known for its entertaining days full of Western hospitality and pancake breakfasts, it also embodies community spirit. The entire city joins in the excitement of this 10-day festival.

Our Pre-Stampede Breakfast is open to all! Start your celebrating early with CRIEC, Platform, as we network, enjoy a great breakfast and delve into Calgary's history and culture.

For our newcomer professional to Calgary, we want to help you get ready for the Stampede. Our Stampede 101 program offers a brief introduction to the history and significance of the Stampede. You'll learn all about Stampede culture and the networking opportunities it presents.

• There’s a lot to see and do on the Stampede grounds and off—from pancake breakfasts across the city, various concerts and entertainment throughout the grounds, and the Elbow River Camp celebrating Indigenous heritage. It’s a fun and exciting way to experience Calgary’s vibrant culture.
