She is a claircognizant (knower) Medium that honors and work with the ancestors to heal her own ancestral lines(trauma) & assists others that are also seeking healing by teaching these practical spiritual routines.

A sound bath is a form of meditation that guides listeners into a deep state of relaxation using the sounds and vibrations from the Crystal Bowls & other instruments. The healing frequencies travel throughout the body to bring balance & alignment wherever the body is in “dis-ease”.
