Pre-Registration: Columbia County 4-H Club Expo - (Grade K-12 / FREE)

• All upcoming 4-H clubs & events are subject to be postponed, moved to a virtual format, or cancelled due to the current COVID-19 surge.
• Do not arrive extremely early - doors WILL NOT open until 5:30 pm!
• In order to register for a 4-H Club, a parent MUST ATTEND one of the club’s session at Club Expo. Those who do not properly check-in and/or do not attend the entire club session WILL NOT be able to register for that club.

Pre-registration for this event is not required, but highly suggested. Doing this will make the event check-in process quicker and easier for both our staff and for you. Pre-registering WILL NOT give you any advantage when it comes to registering for a 4-H club. It is simply a method of ensuring that the event runs as smoothly as possible. Pre-Register at before OCTOBER 5.

ARCHERY TEAM ● Grades 5-12 ● Begins February 2022 ● Club Fee: $128 + Equipment Costs Those who attend this session will have the first opportunity to register for the club in January 2022.

CRAFT CLUB ● Grades 5-12 ● 2nd Tuesday of the Month ● Club Fee: $40

CULINARY CLUB ● Grades 5-12 ● 1st Thursday of the Month ● Club Fee: $60

HORSE CLUB ● Grades 5-12 ● Meeting Day TBD ● Club Fee: $120

PHOTOGRAPHY CLUB ● Grades 6-12 ● 2nd Monday of the Month ● Club Fee: $85

ROBOTICS CLUB ● Grades 4-12 ● Saturday/Sunday ● Club Fee: $110-$250 (Varies by age group)

4-H SHOTGUN TEAMS ● Grades 7-12 ● Begins January/February 2022 ● Club Fee: $135 Informational sessions and registration for the 4-H Modified Trap Shotgun team and the Trap, Skeet & Sporting Clays team will not occur until December/January. However, there will be representatives from these clubs available at Club Expo.

• There will be four 20 minute club sessions. All clubs will host a session during each of the four time blocks. There will be 5 to 10 minutes to rotate in between sessions. There will be plenty of 4-H Volunteers and Teen Leaders to guide you throughout the event. Please arrive to the sessions on time. Room doors will be closed promptly at the beginning of each session and will not be opened again until the session has ended.
• SESSION TIMES: 6:00-6:20 pm, 6:30-6:50 pm, 7:00-7:20 pm, and 7:30-7:50 pm

• No club fees are due the evening of the event. Registration for all clubs will open via Eventbrite the day after Club Expo, Friday, October 8 –
• Registration for clubs is FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED. Many clubs have very limited space. A waiting list will be enabled once the club is full. If a spot in the club opens up, you will be notified via e-mail on how to continue registering your child.

If a child no longer wishes to participate in a club, all but 25% of the club's total fee will be refunded. Ex. Club fee is $100, $75 will be refunded. This partial refund is only available if requested within two weeks of the club's 2nd meeting. After that time, no refund will be given. All refunds are determined by the Columbia County 4-H agent.

If the club is cancelled due to COVID-19 or any other unforeseen circumstance, all but $5 of the club's fee will be refunded to all currently registered members of that club.
