For parents, participants and 5-17 yr olds considering the race.
We will preview the Thunderbolt Youth Triathlon bike and run courses, practice transition, review USAT safety guidelines, and make sure participants are race ready. We'll also talk about the swim and registering for the race. Take advantage of this free clinic and don't forget to bring your bike, helmet and running shoes. Parents, bring your bikes if you want- always good to have extra rider support.
BRING YOUR BIKE, HELMET, RUNNING SHOES and ENTHUSIASM! You cannot participate in the bike practice without a helmet
