PRE NATAL YOGA PLUS*
Pregnancy Yoga classes offer a safe, effective and integrated form of yoga specially adapted for you to practice from fourteen weeks up until the birth of your baby. *This class allows your to bring a partner to join you for the session, or attend alone as preferred. Please book for each of you attending as spaces are limited.

This deep but gentle bodywork helps you to develop physical strength and suppleness while the breathing awareness, at the heart of all teaching, will enable you to relax and focus more deeply. Weekly attendance will help to boost your confidence and think more positively as you approach birth and motherhood.

Our teachers are certified prenatal and postnatal yoga teacher in the Poppy Perinatal Approach.
This class is NOT at Heart Space.
Please book for yourself and also a space for partner if they are coming to class with you. These classes are free.
