This course will provide students all 75 hours required in pre- license training, VIRTUALLY or IN-PERSON, to prepare for the Illinois Real Estate Broker exam & National Real Estate exam. It meets M-F 4:30 pm - 8:30 pm and Sat 8:30 am - 4:00 pm. It runs from October 7th to Octrober 25th.
You will learn all of the recent legislative changes and new practices in Illinois, and it will include complete coverage of popular topics. It is based on the Modern Real Estate Practices book. This will qualify you to sit for the exams and provide a solid foundation for a real estate career. This course not only prepares students for the licensing exam, but also lays a solid foundation for a career in real estate. Includes all books and materials.
Price is $550 and includes all materials needed to complete the course.
