About this Event
Have you felt the chill in the air recently? It's true...WINTER IS COMING!! Which means, time to prep for ski and snowboard season. Dr. Anna Friedman, DPT will take you through a circuit-based bootcamp to make sure you hit your best turns this season and are prepped and ready to go once those flakes start hitting the ground. We will also spend time on specific Q&A at the end of the session with plenty of time for Lucky Envelope and Flying Bike Brewing to open and earn that $1 off your first pint! Come to one or both sessions, each will be unique and focused on conditioning your muscles and joints. All levels welcome, from bunny slope to black diamonds.
**Please bring a yoga mat and mini band if you have one (we'll have extras!), and a water bottle to stay hydrated!
