Emily will be running an afternoon retreat to relax and restore ahead of the Christmas Festivities!
Immerse yourself in all things yoga, including slow flow yoga where we'll move slowly and gently, linking breath to movement, nourishing the body; Restorative Yin Yoga aimed to relax and restore your body.
Suitable for all yoga abilities, including beginners. A small, intimate group, to ensure plenty of personal guidance from the teacher.
Enjoy the powerfully relaxing meditation practice of Yoga Nidra, and sound healing in the form of a Sound Bath led by a sound therapist.
Connect with one another as we enjoy a Christmassy homemade vegan sweet treat and tea!
The ultimate Pre-Christmas chill out! Enjoy yoga, meditation, delicious food, as you escape away for the afternoon and reconnect with yourself and other like-minded people.
