The Hensel Phelps Great Hall Team is excited to host the upcoming Pre-Bid Outreach Event for Interim Ticketing - MEPF Relocations, Structural & Baggage Handling System. This meeting will inform you of the DEN Great Hall Project, located at the Jeppesen Terminal Building at Denver International Airport in Denver, as well as provide information for the specific scopes of work for Bid Package 01 under the Interim Ticketing Project. 

• Date: August 25, 2022
• Time: 5:00pm-6:00pm 
• Location: World Port Office, 24735 E 75th Ave, Denver, CO 80249
• Bid Package Issuance: September 12, 2022

There will be a five-week bidding period to encourage relationship building. The Job Walk for this pre-bid will be held Monday, September 19, 2022. 

The pre-bid meeting will be held at the project site office at Worldport (24735 E 75th Ave, Denver, CO 80249) .

This meeting will also be hosted virtually on Microsoft Teams for attendees that cannot come in person.
