About this Event
Pre-Beta Club provides a space for people who want to protovibe digital ideas into the world—whether that’s a website, an app, an AI tool, or something entirely new.
The focus isn’t on polished launches but on the messy, exciting “what if?” stage of creation.
We’ll gather to share progress, test small experiments, and encourage one another to keep moving. My hope is that people show up with curiosity, humility, and the joy of co-creating, leaving with a sense that they’re not building alone.
✔️ Each gathering will be lightly structured but flexible.
✔️ We’ll start with quick introductions and a chance for members to share what they’re working on or stuck with.
✔️ From there, we’ll rotate between themed activities—like sketching ideas on paper, testing prototypes together, or trading feedback in pairs—and unstructured time for conversation.
✔️ Some sessions may spotlight a member’s work for group feedback, while others may lean toward quiet coworking or brainstorming sprints.
✔️ The constant will be an atmosphere of support, momentum, and playful experimentation.
✔️ Bring a notebook or a laptop if you like.
✔️ Most importantly a half-baked idea you’d love to see take shape!
✔️Curiosity and openness are required; perfection is not.
I’m Marc, a Seattle-based product designer and facilitator who has spent two decades helping ideas become real—first inside startups and global tech companies, and now alongside founders and creatives at the earliest stages of their journey.
Over the years I’ve learned that building something new is rarely a straight path; it’s more like an expedition where energy, encouragement, and perspective matter as much as tools or skills.
Hosting a club means creating a consistent space where people can show up as they are—half-formed ideas, doubts, and all—and still feel the spark of possibility. I believe there’s magic in gathering with others who are also trying, failing, and learning their way forward. By holding that space with intention, I hope to help people find both creative momentum and a sense of belonging.
