5:00 PM: Costume Parade
6:30 PM: Grab your picnic blanket and chairs, we'll bring the popcorn for a showing of the Disney movie Halloweentown.
In Halloweentown,13-year-old Marnie Piper learns she is a witch on Halloween, despite her mother's ban on the holiday.
