If you were not present at the first or second, Prayer Priestess, you are still welcome. It is not a requirement to attend them all!This month we explore prayer as relationship with those who came before us and those who accompany us in a grounded, embodied way. Not as fantasy-but as relationship. As practice. As right orientation.
In Animist understanding, the world is alive and aware. Our ancestors are part of the living field of memory we stand within. Our allies-seen and unseen, human and more-than-human are part of the web of support and responsibility that shapes our lives.
Together we will:
-Clarify who we mean by ancestors-blood, lineage, land, and chosen
-Explore the role of spiritual and early allies
-Practice simple, steady forms of prayer and offering
-Paint with our ancestors and allies
You do not need prior experience-only a willingness to listen, to ground, and to approach with humility.
Please bring a small ancestral photo or object and a simple offering (flowers, bread, tobacco, water, etc.)
Requested Sliding scale of $20-$50 per meeting but pay what you can.
