“Prepare Ye the Way of the Lord.” Isaiah 40:3 Take time away from the busy Advent season of preparing for Christmas by attending this special yoga offering. Class will include prayer, scripture reading, breathing techniques and gentle restorative yoga poses taught and flowing together with an inspirational Christian song. We will be practicing the Presence of God physically, mentally, spiritually and emotionally.
