Having survived an almost deadly lifestyle of drug addiction, prostitution, and constant J*il time, Apostle Lisa is a living testimony of the delivering power of God. She has overcome her past and is dedicated to seeing God’s people do the same.

In the last decade, God has blessed Operation Truth International to grow from small gatherings in small towns to major conferences in multiple nations. As of 2025, Apostle Lisa has ministered in 4 continents and 13 countries.

From Niger Africa, where she was the first female Evangelist to ever preach a Citywide Crusade to the Kingdom of the Netherlands, thousands have witnessed the life changing glory of the Lord fall as Pastor Lisa ministers under the anointing.

A published author, playwright, and international Kingdom personality, this powerhouse Pastor holds an Associate’s Degree in Biblical Studies and a Bachelor’s Degree in Christian Theology both from the Alpha Bible College.

She currently serves proudly and faithfully alongside her husband, Bishop-Elect Leslie Veney, as the Senior Pastor of Revival Fire Outreach Center in Fredericksburg and Tappahannock, Virginia.

Lisa Veney is a daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, wife, mentor, and friend to many. But above all, she is a vessel being used by God to release a sound of deliverance in such a time as this.
