Pray Through Play is a once-a-month, two-hour gathering designed to nurture love, unity, and presence in Christ through prayerful awareness and embodied play.
Kristen uses her training in somatic therapy practices, present awareness, and the Christian tradition of contemplation to support embodied prayer, relational connection, and playful exploration of faith. We begin by intentionally entering a state of love and oneness in Christ, allowing our hearts, bodies, and minds to settle into divine presence. From this grounded place, we move into facilitated play experiences that invite joy, connection, creativity, and relational attunement.
By practicing states of love, unity, and freedom, we allow them to gently become lived traits which weave into our daily lives.
This gathering offers a spacious, joyful environment to deepen awareness of God’s presence, strengthen connection with one another, and experience faith through the fullness of being human.
