“The Big Dig" is an ongoing performative investigation initiated by Georgiana Dobre, Annike Flo, Alejandro Chellét, Maiken Rye, and Ellen Jerstad from Scenekunstkompaniet Øy. Formed in 2023, the collective is developing a new performance set for February 2026. During this PRAXIS residency, Georgiana Dobre and Ellen Jerstad will explore heterotopia, utopia, technology-symbiosis, and spiritual awakening, viewed through the lens of mythology, zombie folklore, prismatic ecology, eco-sexuality, ecofeminism, and somatic practices.
