Pranidhana is the Yogic practice of surrendering oneself fully to the discipline, commitment, and process of yoga. It involves letting go of ego, expectations, and attachments, and embracing the journey with humility and dedication at every stage of life and throughout a yoga practitioner's journey - from beginning to end.
Drawing from Yogic and Buddhist philosophy, this day-long retreat is meant to get you into your body, and deep(er) into your practice. In this relentless world, often we can feel discombobulated. When we surrender to the practice itself, all of life is practice - wisdom, support and inspiration to keep walking the walk.
The day will include asana, meditations, pranayama, contemplation/reflection, and sharing. You will have time on your own, as well as in sangha, making it meaningful in different ways.
This retreat is suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners.
