Led by experienced registered yoga teacher (E-RYT) and pranayama practitioner Hollie Lloyd, this workshop offers a comprehensive exploration of pranayama practices that are known to enhance digestion, promote healthy gut flora, enhance nutrient absorption, and alleviate common digestive issues such as bloating and constipation.
