About this Event
Life moves through many seasons—some light and effortless, others that feel heavy or uncertain. While we may long for ease, it’s often through these challenging times that we can grow stronger, more grounded, and become more in tune with ourselves.
One of the most supportive tools we have during these times is the breath. When our breath is tight or irregular, it can reflect and even amplify inner tension. But when we learn to slow down and breathe with intention, the body and mind begin to settle. Rather than chasing a restless or scattered mind, we can return to the steady rhythm of the breath—and find calm from the inside out.
In this special offering, Dan Hall will help us explore simple, nourishing breath and wellness practices to help you reconnect, regulate, and feel more at ease. You’ll be gently guided to meet yourself with compassion and discover how consistent breathwork can create meaningful shifts—one breath at a time.
