- INTRO -
What separates movement in yoga classes versus Vinyasa Krama (Breath and Asana aligned in order to go beyond the polarities and eventually experience the integration of all) is the ability to master the breath. Following your breath is at any time the foundation of yoga.
In this breathwork training you will not only learn but also embody classical Pranayama techniques in intricate detail. For yourself, and to integrate in your classes.
A great understanding of pranayama and kriyas is an enrichment of the physical practice, or as a full energetic practice in itself.
We can look at Ujjaiyi as the ‘basic ingredient ‘ for the practice but also many other breathing techniques can be applied in your classes. Teaching breathwork serves your students to take their practice to the next level; as Pranayama takes us to deeper levels of the energy body.
- FOR WHOM IS THIS TRAINING? -
This training is designed for yoga teachers to supplement their teaching experience. Nevertheless it is also a training with great value for every enthusiastic yogi who want to learn more about pranayama and kriyas. Being a yoga teacher is not a requirement to be able to join this training.

• How to teach Pranayama during your classes
• The functions and importance of a proper use of the energy locks
• Theory to enrich your knowledge on Pranayama

If you are a 200hrs registered yoga teacher and want to become a 500hrs registered teacher, then this training is for you. When you completed sufficient modules, you can apply for the additional RYT-300 Yoga Alliance registration.
