Two round draft.
You pick a team that finished .500 or no more than two games above or below .500 AND a player named Joe or any derivation of Joe (also if the APBA card nicknames him Joe).
Full rules with be posted here.
Once a Joe is gone, he’s gone so no duplicate Joe Morgan’s for example.
