Hammered dulcimer, vocals, guitar and washtub Bass. Keith has played hammered dulcimer since 1976 and the next summer he was building one. His hammered dulcimer influences have been Bill Spence, John McCutcheon, Howie Mitchell, Trapezoid, (Sam Rizzetta), Bob Zents, Malcolm Dalgish, and Dorothy Carter, to name a few.
Keith will performing with old friends Nor and Eli Dale who, with Keith, formed the Salem Street Trio early in the 80s. They performed at Bates College, The Mattawamkeag’s Black Fly Festival, Caffe Domus, opened for numerous Portland Folk Club concerts and have done much entertaining at various senior and nursing homes and produced 2 cassettes. They performed, in 2021 at the Saccarappa Summer Concert series at the Conant Homestead in Westbrook Maine and at Common Ground Fair’s Spotlight Stage.
