Join us for a hands-on workshop to explore how to connect with the inner joy available in each moment regardless of circumstances.
Together we’ll:
- Experience inner joy directly through practical hands-on exercises
- Explore the benefits of living connected with joy
- See the main obstacles to living connected with joy and pragmatic ways to overcome them
- Develop a habit of staying connected with joy in each moment going forward
We’ll have (1) full-day in-person intensive theory/practice session, followed by (6) weekly 1.5 hour Zoom discussions.
This allows you to experience inner joy first hand in-person followed by practical support as you apply it real life.
Be prepared to invest energy. This workshop isn't just about theory—it's about rolling up your sleeves, diving deep, and committing to your own happiness.
** Note **: To get the full benefits of this class you'll need to practice connecting with inner joy for a minimum of 15 min each day. Please only register if you commit to doing this.

Weekly Zoom Discussions

Date/Time: 6 weekly sessions starting October 30th to December 11th (we’ll skip November 27th)
