Tired of being tossed around by life and ready to find unshakeable peace & joy within?
Join us for a hands-on workshop to explore how to connect with the inner peace & joy available in each moment regardless of circumstances.
Together we’ll:
* Experience inner peace & joy directly through practical hands-on exercises

* See the main obstacles to living connected with peace & joy and pragmatic ways to overcome them
* Develop a habit of staying connected with peace & joy in each moment going forward
We’ll have (1) full-day in-person intensive theory/practice session, followed by (6) weekly 1.5 hour Zoom discussions.
This allows you to experience inner peace & joy first hand in-person followed by practical support as you apply it real life.

- Date/Time: Saturday March, 29th from 9AM - 3:30PM (Lunch not provided - Please bring a bag lunch or pickup food on the Plaza)
Weekly Zoom Discussions
- Location: Zoom
- Date/Time: 6 weekly sessions starting April 2nd to May 14th (we’ll skip April 16th)
