Practitioner Forward 2025- Heirs Property Boot Camp Registration

For nearly six decades the Federation of Southern Cooperatives/Land Assistance Fund has assisted heirs' property owners in land retention.

The Federation’s history of using successful land retention strategies has focused on outreach, education, and technical assistance in resolving heirs’ property issues, estate planning, mediation, and to support our communities of Black farmers, landowners, and cooperatives with land retention efforts.

The Federation of Southern Cooperatives/Land Assistance Fund is seeking the following types of heirs property land practitioners to attend our 6th Annual FORWARD 2025: NATIONAL HEIRS’ PROPERTY Boot Camp in Atlanta, Georgia, on December 5- December 7, 2025, at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Atlanta Airport.

FORWARD 2025, a “boot camp” style event, offers you as an heirs property practitioner:

• listed as part of our Forward2025 referral list for heirs' property services not provided by FSC/LAF
• on-on-one Forward2025 landowner sessions-
• (1)panel guest appearance to discuss how your serve heirs property landowners on a 2025 session Federation Live!, our virtual platform for membership engagement. United This intensive, three-day conference will be a one-stop shop with everything heirs need to create a path FORWARD!

This year's Forward2025 Heirs Property Boot Camp will be an in-person convening with no virtual options.
