About this Event

In this sitting and walking meditation retreat, we will support each other in continuous practice. This one-day retreat will be led by Paravritti Doralee Grindler Katonah, Valley Streams Zen Sangha's leader of the meditation hall. Please bring a bag lunch.

This retreat is offered by donation. Please consider a donation between $20 - $80. No one will be turned away for lack of funds. Please contact [email protected] if this will be your first retreat day with Valley Streams Zen or if you would like a scholarship.
