Train With Team Indiana Gold: Youth Experience Clinic Get an inside look at what it takes to compete at the highest level.
Join Team Indiana Gold, for a unique 2-hour experience designed specifically for elementary-aged wrestlers. This roster features multiple state champions and nationally ranked athletes preparing to compete on the biggest stage in the country. This is more than a clinic—it’s a chance to see it, learn it, and be part of it.
Event Schedule (9:00 AM – 11:00 AM)
8:30 – 9:00 AM | Event Check In
9:00 – 10:00 AM | Live Practice Experience Watch Team Indiana Gold train in a real practice setting. Athletes will be preparing at a high level—giving you a behind-the-scenes look at how elite wrestlers work, compete, and sharpen their skills.
10:00 – 10:45 AM | Youth Clinic (On the Mat)Step onto the mat and train directly with Team Indiana Gold wrestlers. Learn techniques, drills, and mindset from athletes competing at the national level.
10:45 – 11:00 AM | Meet & Greet + Autographs Wrap up the experience with a meet and greet. Each participant will receive an exclusive Team Indiana Gold poster and have the opportunity to get autographs and take photos with the team.
