Practice Saying NO (with patchwork)

WORKSHOP DATE: SUNDAY January 12, 2-4pm

Oh wow there are a lot of things to say NO to right now. This quilt square is a visual reminder and can be used in protest. While sewing, spend some time focused on what you are saying NO to and remember that a NO to one thing is often a YES to another. You will choose your own fabrics and go home with a patchwork and an instructional zine.

All experience levels welcome, fabric, notions, and shared machines provided. Bring your own machine if you would like to use it, or if you don't know how to use it I can show you.

The studio is located in a second-story walk-up, with no elevator. We have a cozy tea and coffee setup and you're welcome to bring your own snacks. Also you can take off your shoes and bring slippers if you are so inclined! Masking is required and KN95 masks are provided if you forget yours. Please arrive on time or a little early so we can make the most of the afternoon.
