Join Meaghan and Dorene for our special gratitude practice that includes light yoga and sound healing. We will open with grounding and meditation followed by a light, all-levels yoga practice aligned to gongs, an ocean drum, rain stick and several more healing instruments. The pairing will help you get ready for Thanksgiving with your family!
