The GVMA is partnering with the Veterinary Hospital Managers Association to bring you the 2023 Regional CE Program, Transforming Workforce Woes into Workforce Solutions.Veterinary practices have struggled with recruitment and retention for a long time. While the recent pandemic has clearly exacerbated those issues, it has also served as a catalyst for reimagining workforce management. It’s time to address nagging problems with new strategies via a systems approach. This program will empower you to do that! Practice Managers are able to earn up to 6 CEU’s of VHMA CVPM Qualified CE. Veterinarians and Technicians may earn up to 6 non-medical CE credits.
OBJECTIVES
Learn the profession’s workforce issue and its impact on all stakeholders.
Develop a systems approach to defining organizational problems.
Identify new ways owners and managers can visualize and strategize for their desired future.
