About this Event

Through reflection, storytelling, and embodied practices, you will learn how to identify and break your self-sabotage patterns, as well as practical tools to build mental fitness and resilience.

This is for you if: You’re tired of wasting time and energy dealing with self-sabotage. You want to gain a deeper understanding of yourself. You want to build mental fitness and resilience. You’re interested in mental health and mental fitness. You want to be in a safe, grounded space, around like-minded people.
