Practical Myofascial Release training for therapists.
Practical Myofascial Release is a structured approach to effectively treating complex chronic pain conditions. Based on over 18 years clinic experience, it combines an exclusively myofascial treatment approach with self-help exercises to provide clients with long-lasting relief from common, complex and ‘hard to treat’ chronic pain conditions.
The course is taught over three weekends, with a month between each. With the emphasis very much on Practical, you will learn Myofascial Release techniques for the whole body which we develop over the three weekends.
Course is open to bodywork and movement therapists.
