About this Event

đź“… Date: 20th May, Wednesday
⏰ Time: 12:30 PM – 1:15 PM
📍 Location: The Brew, Eagle House, 163 City Road, EC1V 1NR

In fast‑paced workplaces and always‑on environments, it’s easy for focus to slip and stress to build. Many people find themselves juggling constant demands without the tools to regulate their attention, energy, or well-being.
In this practical Lunch & Learn, mindfulness teacher James Winsbury will introduce evidence‑based techniques designed to help you stay grounded, productive, and clear‑headed, even when the world around you feels overwhelming.

This session will explore:
• Practical tools to improve focus and productivity
• How to regulate stress in high‑demand environments
• Simple mindfulness practices you can use during the workday
• Guided exercises so you can experience the benefits immediately

This workshop is suitable for complete beginners and anyone curious about using mindfulness to support their wellbeing and performance.

Disclaimer: Mindfulness is generally a very safe practice, but if you have a history of serious mental health conditions (including psychosis) or epilepsy, please inform the practitioner before attending. If you have asthma or breathing difficulties, please bring your inhaler as a precaution.
