Practical Magic : Seed Saving

As we pass through the Wheel of Year, we have come up to Imbolc and move that much closer to Spring Equinox. The Witches of West Michigan and Lisa Dean with Winding Path Herbals invite you to come geek out over seeds!Get your hands dirty sorting seeds and learn to identify healthy versus unhealthy seeds, talk about germination rates, cross-pollination, hybridization, fermenting and cleaning seed, and ask all the questions you ever wanted to about saving the best quality seeds but never got around to researching the answers.Or if you are brand new to saving seeds, learn the basics that you need in order to make sure that you get the right plant you want to grow. Take home some babies to plant this spring and use your hands to connect to the sleeping energy of the seeds.Date: February 16, 2025
