Practical Intuition Workshop

Have you ever had a feeling about something—like a quiet knowing—but weren’t sure if you could trust it? In this three-hour workshop, we’ll gather in supportive community held by the full moon and explore simple, practical ways to connect with that small still voice so it feels easier to lean on in daily life.

I will show you the tried and true methods of accessing my intuitive wisdom I have been honing for over 20 years; simple body-based exercises and practical tools you can use anytime you’re unsure about what’s right for you. You’ll learn how your intuition shows up uniquely for you, and leave with practices you can return to when you want more clarity, ease, or direction.

This isn’t about being “psychic” or getting it perfect—it’s about remembering the natural wisdom you already carry, and giving you hands-on ways to work with it in everyday moments, like making decisions or finding your next step.

Come as you are, and expect to leave with a handful of tools you can use right away.
