About this Event
Who is the training for?

This training is for any person working in the construction industry that needs to know how to obtain accurate quantities and provide accurate descriptors in construction projects to help manage and mitigate risk.

Surveyors or Cost Managers who have been graduates 3 months to 4 years and need to build confidence in practical measurement for their role.

While this is a series of workshops on measurement in construction, each event covers the topics as listed in full as a stand alone workshop. Discounts are available for attending more than one in the series.*


Training outcomes

Speaker

The course is being run by Alan Northen FRICS, Alan Northen | LinkedIn, lead author of RICS New Rules of Measurement Volume 2 (NRM2) 2nd Edition 2021.

Founder and Managing Director of Northen Limited, Northen Surveying Services, Northen Quantum, Northen Quantum Expert.

A Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors Registered Expert Witness, with more than 30 years of experience and specialism in quantification, measurement, and valuation of construction work.

Bristol and Bath Science Park is located in Emersons Green, South Gloucestershire, England, north-east of Bristol and north-west of Bath,15 minutes off junction 18 of the M4. What 3 Words location
