Ki Results: Practical Approaches with Therapeutic Foot Massage

12 Continuing Education Hours | Two-Day Hands-On Training - Nov 1 & 2

The feet do remarkable work every day, yet they are often given only a few minutes of attention during a massage session. What happens when we approach them with the same intention, understanding, and therapeutic skill that we bring to the rest of the body?

In this hands-on, 12-hour continuing education course, you'll explore the anatomy and function of the feet while learning to integrate therapeutic massage, Reflexology, and Zone Therapy into thoughtful, client-centered treatments.

Through demonstration, guided practice, and experiential learning, you'll develop the skills to recognize areas of tension, adapt your techniques to individual needs, and create treatments that support relaxation, comfort, and overall wellbeing.

Whether you're looking to enhance your existing massage sessions or develop a stand-alone therapeutic foot massage service, this course will give you practical techniques and the confidence to put them to work.

What You'll Learn
  • Functional Anatomy: Review the structures of the feet and explore how they contribute to movement, stability, and overall body mechanics.
  • Therapeutic Techniques: Learn and practice massage techniques that address muscular tension, improve local mobility, and encourage relaxation.
  • Reflexology and Zone Therapy: Explore the principles and applications of these approaches and how they can complement therapeutic massage.
  • Client-Centered Treatment: Develop thoughtful approaches for clients experiencing foot discomfort, stress, and tension while recognizing individual needs and contraindications.
  • Integration and Application: Combine techniques into a cohesive treatment that can be incorporated into a full-body massage or offered as a stand-alone service.

Learning Through Experience

At Keplinger Institute, we believe that learning goes beyond memorizing techniques. It's about understanding what you're doing, why you're doing it, and how to adapt your approach to the person on your table.

You'll have opportunities to give and receive hands-on work, explore different techniques, ask questions, and refine your skills in a supportive learning environment.

You'll leave with more than a sequence of techniques. You'll have a practical framework for creating intentional, effective therapeutic foot massage treatments that reflect your own approach to bodywork.

Who Should Attend?

This course is designed for licensed massage therapists who want to expand their therapeutic skills, deepen their understanding of foot-focused bodywork, and bring greater intention and versatility to their practice.

No previous Reflexology training is required.
