Yoga is the science of living ... in harmony with ourself and others. Ayurveda is the science of life ... living our life in tune with nature, seasons, and our inherent natural traits (or Doshas). Ayurveda offers holistic solutions for a healthier, more balanced lifestyle. Whether you're looking to manage stress, improve digestion, or enhance your overall health, this workshop is the perfect place to start! We will discuss the history of Ayurveda and its foundational principles, take a short quiz to determine our “inherent” Dosha and then learn practical tips for diet, lifestyle, and wellness based on our Dosha. The new year is a great time to start a fresh approach with a new perspective based on ancient wisdom.
