Come celebrate PPS’s 70th anniversary and the conclusion of our 2026 Festival of Architecture and Design at a cocktail benefit party at the Jerome Richmond and Elinor Fales House (1928), designed by the prolific Providence architect-builder Marshall B. Martin.
The house was built for Jerome Fales (Brown University ’10), Treasurer of Standard Engineering Works in Pawtucket; the architectural historian Mack Woodward called it “the best example of Tudor Revival in Providence.” It retains its original distinctive wood paneling and other architectural details, and includes a small preserved telephone room and a lofted stage in a second-floor great room that was used for intimate musical and theatrical performances in the home’s early years.
There will be a signature cocktail that harks back to 1928, when the home was constructed. Dress: festive dress for a festive occasion! Let's celebrate PPS's 70th birthday in style with party hosts Derek Simpson and Jordan Zerva!
Tickets: $200 General / $175 PPS Members
All tickets are fully refundable up to seven days in advance of each Festival program. After that, tickets are nonrefundable because we may not be able to sell the released tickets within a short timeframe. Thanks for your understanding!
