We're hosting a powerlifting class - we'll be teaching how to properly perform the squat, the bench press, and the deadlift; working on programming and progressing the lifts with accessories, helping design a peaking protocol for either a one rep test or a meet, and working weekly on both execution and proper training variables.
We'll be running the class for 12 weeks, and the weekend following the end of the class run will be the first opportunity to test your newfound strength - East Ave Spring Irons on March 29th 2025
