Our speaker this month will introduce the science behind proteins, exploring both animal and non-animal sources. She will then delve into the sustainability of protein production and highlight how emerging alternative proteins could address some of the world’s most pressing challenges.
Tapa Talks is an interactive monthly workshop about amazing new tools, practices and possibilities that could help us achieve a sustainable future 🌍 ❤️ Building a like-minded community, we focus on positive thinking and cooperation. The venue provides delicious tapas and drinks.
