POWER PANELS

Queens, we want to hear from you. During the summit we will have a number of panel discussions moderated by our board members. If you would like to be considered for a panel, feel free to let us know by emailing us at [email protected]. You can also let us know on site during the summit.

The Power Panel topics will include our Ambassador Board focus areas, as well as other panel topics that we will share at the summit regarding Innovation, Impact, Women, Wealth, Worth, and Wisdom.

VIP - With this ticket type, you will be recognized Friday night at the soiree during our VIP Circle of Honor, Saturday you will have a badge for preferred seating, a free WOIII Powerful Women's T-Shirt, and a coupon for 10% off for your first entry for one of our WOIII anthology books.

General Admission - With this ticket type, you gain entry into the summit and general seating, first come, first serve, and a WOIII badge.

8/25 FRIDAY - MANSION SOIREE, PHOTOS, AND 2-MINUTE TREASURE INTERVIEWS & MORE - 6 P.M.

  • Arrive at the hotel by 3 P.M. EST. We will be providing transportation to the mansion for the soiree. Attire is evening gowns, Colors are Red and Purple, as well as Black and Gold

8/26 SATURDAY - POWER SUMMIT & AWARDS - 9.A.M. + THREE FUN EVENING ACTIVITIES TO BE ANNOUNCED

  • The Power Summit starts at 9 A.M. Please see the vendor portion of this information page for times to set up for vending. The doors will open at 8:45 A.M. Please do not enter before then unless you are a registered volunteer.

8/27 SUNDAY - OUTREACH - WOMEN HELPING WOMEN - 10 A.M.

  • We are asking everyone to purchase the WOIII Powerful T-shirt to wear to the outreach. Otherwise, dress comfortably. (Link to purchase the T-Shirt is https://womenoiii.com/buy-now)
  • We will meet in the lobby around 9 A.M. so that everyone can arrange transportation to our outreach location. More information on this at the summit.

FLY INTO PITTSBURGH INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

If you are driving in, great. If you are flying, ensure that you book your flight to Pittsburgh International Airport.

GROUND TRANSPORTATION

Our guests are personally responsible to get to and from the airport. Our Pittsburgh volunteers are working on arranging transportation from the hotel to the mansion soiree and back. We will have more details on pick-up and drop-off times as soon as possible. All other transportation will be your responsibility as well.

AUTHORS BOOK POWER HOUR

Have you written a book? Feel free to bring some for our Book Power Hour. We will be having an amazing time for you to share. We will have a time for book signing, giveaways, and an Amazon Review and website reviews period.

VENDORS JOIN US AT THE SUMMIT

Do you have items you would like to bring to share, give away or sell at the summit? Go to the ticket area and register as a vendor. Once you have secured your vendor spot, a vendor registration form will be sent to you to fill in with your specific offering. Tables will be provided and you would be responsible to bringing table covers, decorations and banners if you have them. Set-up time for vendors will be 1.5 hours before the doors open for the summit to start. You will be asked to be on time for set up, and then exit the summit area promptly at 8:40 A.M. so we can prepare for our grand entrance of all of our special guests. Vendoring times will be at the beginning of the summit, during break times, at lunchtime, and at the end of the summit. Teardown will need to be completed within 45 minutes of the summit ending time at approximately 6 P.M.
