Join us for an in-person breathwork experience at Forte Lab in Astoria, NY, designed to help you pause, release what’s weighing you down, and reawaken clarity, direction, and inner drive.

🕯️ What to Expect
Through guided breathwork, you’ll be supported to:
- Release built-up stress, tension, and emotional weight
- Calm your nervous system and quiet mental overthinking
- Reconnect with your body and inner guidance
- Gain clarity around what you want to recommit to
- Reset your energy and refocus your goals with intention
🧘♂️ Before You Arrive
- Bring a yoga mat, blanket, eye mask, or anything that helps you feel comfortable
- Avoid heavy meals two to four hours before
- Set a simple intention: What do you want to release, and what do you want to step back into?
🌬️ During the Session
- Let go of ego and expectation
- Trust the process and your breath
- Listen to your coach and allow yourself to be fully immersed
💧 After the Session
- Move slowly and drink plenty of water
- Give yourself time before jumping back into your day
- Avoid excessive social media
- Ground yourself with rest, reflection, or a warm Epsom salt bath
- Stay for integration and grounding time to rest, reflect, or share with others who showed up for themselves
