PowerChain Athlete Lab is a weekly Human Performance training experience for middle school, high school, and college athletes who want to move better, get stronger, build capacity, and become harder to break.
This is not personal training.
This is not random conditioning.
This is not just lifting heavy.
Athletes do not move on train tracks.

That is what we train.
Coach PowerChain was built from real performance experience: elite high school football, college football, arena football, and time with the Seattle Seahawks practice squad as a punt returner.
