☝️ I don't run a completely standard yoga class. You probably won't be able to relax for the entire class ?
My classes involve physical work and effort on yourself. And are suitable for both women and men ?
▫️ The class is free of charge, for everyone and all levels of training experience.
▫️ The language of the class is English.
▫️ The class is planned outdoors. If the location changes, I will add details in the Discussions section.
▫️ From May, classes will be held in a studio near the city center.
