Our signature flow in the fresh air! Weather permitting, this Power Vinyasa class will be held on the lawn just west of our building every Wednesday @ 6pm from June-August. Start by checking in at the studio (1214 E University Dr.), then roll out your mat for a dynamic sequence that links breath to movement. You’ll flow through poses that build strength, endurance, focus, balance, and flexibility, and close with a well-earned savasana.
If the weather doesn’t cooperate, we’ll bring class inside as usual.
