Whether you’re chasing the podium or just here for the experience, this competition is built to challenge you and your partner from start to finish. This year our Powerful Pair theme is Tag Team Wrestling!!

EVENT 1: “THE ENTRANCE MUSIC” powered Beast Pack
Time Cap: 14 minutes
Workout - For Time
- 30 Shuttle Runs (25ft out, 25ft back)
- 40 Synchro Air Squats
- 30 Toes To Bar (Scaled-Knees To Chest)
- 40 Power Cleans (RX-135/95, Scaled-95/65)
- 30 Toes To Bar (Scaled-Knees To Chest)
Tag Rule:
- Both teammates will be wearing a Beast Pack weighted vest. 20lbs/14lbs
- Only one athlete works at a time except synchro Air Squats
- High-five tag required to switch
EVENT 2: “STEEL CAGE MATCH”

Workout
2-4-6-8-10-12-14-16 and so on...ALT DB Bushwackers (RX-50/35, Scaled-35/20)*50 Double Unders After Each Round (Scaled-50 Singles)
Tag Rule:
- Only one athlete works at a time
- High-five tag required to switch
- Can be split as needed

- 60 CTB Pull Ups (Scaled-Pull Ups)
- 60 Single Dumbbell Box Step-Overs (50/35, Scaled-35/30 on 24/20)
- 60 Shoulder to Overhead (RX-135/95, Scaled-95/65)
- 60 Bar Facing Burpees
