Rip away the façade, expose the bullshit, and use satire, symbolism, and raw stage presence to shake the system. Whether you’re here to disrupt, dismantle, or just make ‘em squirm, this workshop will help you craft performances that hit hard and leave a mark.

Teasy Roosevelt is a burlesque performer, producer, and educator with over a decade of experience, known for blending history with sharp, satirical comedy. They are the creator of Teasy Roosevelt’s Guide to Titstory and founder of God Breast America Entertainment in Albany, NY, and the subject of the award-winning documentary God Breast America. Teasy has performed across the U.S., Canada, and Europe at numerous festivals. Named Best Burlesque Performer in the Capital District in 2018 and a 2022 Silver Tusk “Fashion Geek,” they bring bold humor and political flair to every stage.

No street shoes are allowed on the dance floor at Worcester Dance. Prepare to attend class in socks, barefoot, or in dance shoes. All participants will have access to Worcester Dance’s costume vault to find something that makes you feel your best self while moving.
