Brian has served as plant manager and improvement champion in various manufacturing, service, and healthcare operations.
Notable achievements
Healthcare: Led Kaizen, 5S, and Value Stream Mapping initiatives in the Mountain West Region for a premier national healthcare provider resulting in improved patient satisfaction and staff engagement, millions of dollars of capacity-freed-up, and overall waste reduction.
Manufacturing: ERP implementations Epicor Software 2.3 million in projects on time and budget.
Manufacturing: Multi-facility consolidation of 300 employees, two locations. All plant assets and materials, resulting in a combined top-line revenue of 100 million in sales.
In addition to his professional achievements, Brian is an advocate for continuous learning and personal growth development. He believes in giving back and has volunteered in a variety of community service activities such as the Ronald McDonald House, and The Blake assisted living facilities. He is currently an advocate for the (SCI) Spinal Cord Injury patients’ community here in Utah.
Brian earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from North Central University in Minneapolis, Minnesota and served in ministry early in his career.
