During this interactive session, attendees will participate in a Life Balance Wheel Exercise, where you will assess key areas of your life such as:

• Personal development and fulfillment

Participants will identify one habit to improve over the next 30 days to build a stronger, more supportive life structure.

This session is an opportunity to pause, reflect, and intentionally design a lifestyle that sustains your growth rather than drains it.
